Antique:  Dated Feb 3, 1920--1926
In very good condition - No Chips or cracks.       
 
I don't know if the bolts and nuts are of that era. They appear to be in excellent condition for that old and having been exposed to weather     
 
I have 6 of them that were bolted together, all reading the same and $10 each
 
About 25 pounds each if you want them shipped USA 48
 
11 inches across and 6 inches high  The bolts in the center are original and of that time period
