Hi, I'm looking to bring in a large bird (i.e. Indian Ringneck, Macaw, African Grey, Conure, ect) to add to the family. I am a stay at home mom who has plenty of time to spoil the bird rotten. The bird would get plenty of "roam" time and would be with me as much as possible. Both myself and my mother (who I live with) have lots of experience with large birds. The vet we would use worked with Steve Irwin over in Australia for several years (will disclose her name should I get the bird, upon adoption process) and has plenty of experience with birds as this is what she worked with over there. The only thing is I am limited on funds (not only do I have two kids but I run a rescue out of my home, which uses out of pocket money no donations) so I am unable to pay a re-homing fee. I would much rather use the extra money I have for the birds care (food, vet, ect). So, if for some reason you find yourself having to re-home your feathered family member and want a good home please contact me.
